Turkish Market
News on machinery imports starting January 1, 2026.
Effective January 1, 2026, Tebliğ 2026/32, containing new rules for the import of machinery, comes into force in Turkey. The new regulation intensifies product safety and compliance controls, requiring more stringent documentary and technical procedures, to be submitted through the TAREKS (Risk-Based Control System for Foreign Trade) system.
An important aspect of Tebliğ 2026/32 is the division of products into two distinct lists (Ek-2/A and Ek-2/B) and Annex Ek-3, which establishes the documentary requirements to be met.
