Nuovo Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230, relativo alle macchine
Monitoraggio del nuovo quadro normativo
Il Technical Commitee ISO/TC“ 199 Safety of Machinery”, in vista dell’entrata in vigore del Nuovo Regolamento (UE) 2023/1230, relativo alle macchine, sta sviluppando i nuovi standard che sono sotto la sua diretta responsabilità.
Fra le più importanti segnaliamo le seguenti norme in fase di sviluppo:

Mercato della Turchia
Novità sull’esportazione di Macchinari a partire dal 1 gennaio 2026.
Dal 1° gennaio 2026, in Turchia si applica il Tebliğ 2026/32, contenente le nuove regole per l’importazione di macchinari. La nuova regolamentazione intensifica i controlli sulla sicurezza e sulla conformità dei prodotti, imponendo procedure documentali e tecniche più stringenti, da presentare tramite il sistema TAREKS (Sistema di Controllo Basato sul Rischio per il Commercio Estero).
Punto importante del Tebliğ 2026/32 è la divisione dei prodotti in due elenchi distinti (Ek-2/A ed Ek-2/B) e l’allegato Ek‑3, che stabilisce i requisiti documentali da soddisfare.
